"En chantier" - Diego de Mauri exhibition at Passage des 8, Vevey
Diego De Mauri (1963) lives in Lausanne and works in a protected workshop. A former European champion in swimming at the Special Olympics, he is part of the Happy Boots country dance school. Outside of his professional and leisure activities, he devotes himself to his artistic practice as a passionate self‑taught artist.
The Collection of Art Brut holds several works by Diego de Mauri in its collections. Some will be shown in the upcoming Art Brut in Switzerland: From the Origins of the Collection to the Present (February 28 to September 26, 2026) on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Collection of Art Brut.
