Major loan of works by the Collection de l'Art Brut on behalf of the "Raw Vision" show at the Halle Saint-Pierre, Paris

The Collection de l'Art Brut is contributing to the "Raw Vision - 25 ans d'Art Brut" show at the Halle Saint-Pierre (Paris) with the loan of a number of works by the likes of notably Aloïse Corbaz, Augustin Lesage, Oswald Tschirtner, Adolf  Wölfli, Willem van Genk and Henry Darger.

The Halle Saint Pierre is putting on this show to commemorate Raw Vision's twenty-fifth anniversary. Based in London, this Anglo-Saxon review was launched in 1989; it is the first journal to defend atypical creation on an international scale.
Bringing together works by eighty creators from Europe, America, Africa, India and Japan, this show in Paris will treat viewers to various forms of expression that are deeply rooted in human imagination of heroic inspiration. The resulting form of expression takes on a great variety of shapes that are at times highly intimate and secret and, at other times, vastly expansive, public and epic.
