Loan of two artworks by Maisonneuve to the Pierre Arnaud Foundation(Lens)

The Collection de l'Art Brut is contributing to the "Surrealism and non-western arts" show at the Pierre Arnaud Foundation (Lens, june 13 thru october 5, 2014) with the loan of two works by Pascal-Désir Maisonneuve.

Surrealist paintings, drawings, collages, photomontages, photographs, sculptures, objects and journals have been assembled under one roof with masks, helmets, kachina dolls, statues, bark paintings, sculptures, reliquaries, canes, spoons, drums, walrus ivory figurines, ceremonial paddles and magic dance sticks from the United States, Canada, Alaska, Mexico, Easter Island, Greenland, Africa, Oceania and the Indonesian archipelago.
