The Collection de l'Art Brut collaborated with the "Lausanne Lights" festival for the latter's 2020 edition.

From 24 November to 24 December 2020, the Lausanne Lumières festival took on a new look for a 100% projection event.

As part of an exclusive collaboration with the Lausanne Lumières Festival, the Collection de l'Art Brut presented ten works which artist Dominique Bettens had brought to life, offering the city's inhabitants a dynamic look at the museum's treasures.

These compositions, created from works from the museum's permanent collection and the exhibition L'Art Brut s'encadre (11.12.2020 - 25.04.2021), offer a glimpse of the richness of the collection: ARL, Fleury-Joseph Crépin, Helmut, Magali Herrera, Ataa Oko, Aloys Wey, Scottie Wilson, Adolf Wölfli, Aloïse Corbaz.

Designer, graphic artist and musician, Dominique Bettens, is a multidisciplinary activist on the visual and musical scenes. Trained at the Biel Art School and the Biel Conservatory, he has had the opportunity to work with artists including Max Bill and Daniel Buren, while also giving numerous concerts in Europe, Africa and India. He maintained this dual role as a composer and graphic designer for the dance and juggling company "Lumen" between 2000 and 2015.
