Raymond Reynaud Show at Salon-de-Provence

From July 5 thru September 29
No entrance charge

This show is devoted to the singular—as he termed himself—creator Raymond Reynaud (1920-2007), who spent most of his life in the area of Salon-de-Provence (southern France). It will feature a group of paintings and sculptures by this former house painter who went on to develop a highly personal body of works as encouraged by those upholding art brut. His work combines figurative gouaches with totems out of a variety of materials and objects salvaged from scrapheaps.
The Collection de l'Art Brut counts several pieces by Raymond Reynaud in its Neuve Invention collection.
Open every day Monday thru Friday, from 3:30 to 7:30 pm.
Saturday and Sunday, from 10 am to noon, and from 3:30 to 7:30 pm.
